Homeseascapes House Rules
01
Local residents from Montreal and Toronto areas are not allowed to book.
This helps prevent issues like parties or unwanted long-term guests.If a local guest books, the reservation will be cancelled and no refund will be given.

There is one security camera outside the unit, near the entrance.
The camera only turns on and records a short video if it detects movement.
Do not touch or tamper with the camera, or you may be charged a penalty.

You must send a valid government-issued ID that matches the name on the booking within 48 hours.
We do not accept bookings made for someone else.
You must also provide a phone number in case of emergencies

Check-in is anytime after 5:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
You cannot check in early or drop off bags/park before 5:00 PM.
Parking is only available starting at 5:00 PM on the day of check-in.

If you request a late check-out on your departure day, you’ll be charged $100 CAD.
Please ask in advance if you need a late check-out to avoid delays for our cleaners.

Only 2 guests are allowed per booking.
Visitors are not allowed inside the unit or building during your stay.

You’ll be provided with 2 large bath towels.
We do not provide hand or face towels for hygiene reasons.

There is a private owner's closet inside the unit that is off-limits.
Please do not open it or take anything from it.
The closet has a sensor that alerts the host if it’s opened.

The host is not responsible for anything you forget in the apartment.
For health and safety, any items left behind will be thrown away after cleaning.
Please check carefully before you leave.

Please take off your shoes when inside the unit.
Wearing outdoor shoes indoors is not allowed.
If this rule is broken, a cleaning fee may be applied.
